When I first heard him, he sounded like a bird that sounded strangely like a cat. He was meowing incessantly so I started feeding him and eventually was able to capture him in Bupo’s old kennel! I contacted the Chicago Animal Rescue and they said that if I became a foster home volunteer for them, they would pick up the vet bills and help me in taming him. He’s a cutie.
